After attending and performing at a Muzik Mafia Halloween Party, Trailer Choir packed up just a few hours later and headed out to Ohio to perform at "The Dusty Armadillo" for a special radio promotion for (WQXK) K105 Continuous Country of Youngstown, Ohio. However, the story really begins this summer on Toby Keith’s bus during his “Big Dog Daddy Tour”. Dave Steele, K105’s program director, had been hanging out before the show with “The Big Dog” himself. Toby began to tell him about a new band he had just signed to his record label. Mr. Steele was enthralled with the story of this wild trio and proceeded to personally ask Toby, and his label Show Dog Nashville, to send Trailer Choir out to perform for a radio promotion. The promotion featured a FORD TRUCK prize give-away (Sponsored by Fairway Ford/Mercury) and a special concert with Trailer Choir! Trailer Choir closed the show, rockin’ the house, and “Rockin’ The Beer Gut”! |
